I will take the definition from Google:

“P2E (Play-to-Earn) is the latest development in the games industry. It's a business model that embraces the concept of an open economy and provides financial benefits to all players who add value by contributing to the game world.”

In summary, instead of paying for playing as it used to be, now gamers earn for playing.

If we combine P2E with NFT, we have a totally new and mind-blowing business model. Imagine two different kind of users: investor, who is the owner of an NFT representing the main character of a game; and gamer, who uses that character to play.

The gamer will play for some time, and both, gamer and investor will be rewarded. Doesn’t this sound great?

The first success case in this space is Axie Infinity. With already over 1 million players, they have proved that this business model works. Of course, this is just the first game in a brand new and awesome gaming model. There is a lot of room for improvements and innovations in the space. And this is how Cukies World story begins.
